That experience shapes how we review the work: how plans fit together, where scope may be missing, and which construction questions need answers before bid day.

We review earthwork, utilities, drainage, paving, concrete, and roadway scopes. Within the agreed scope, we examine plans, specifications, quantities, and addenda for scope gaps, quantity discrepancies, plan conflicts, and constructability concerns. We document assumptions and questions so contractors can make informed pricing decisions.
